Heartburn, also known as pyrosis or acid indigestion is a burning sensation in the chest, just behind the breastbone or in theepigastrium. The pain often rises in the chest and may radiate to the neck, throat, or angle of the jaw.Heartburn is usually associated with regurgitation of gastric acid (gastric reflux) which is the major symptom of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It however may also be a symptom of ischemic heart disease so concluding that it is gastroesophageal reflux disease prematurely may lead to misdiagnosis.
sepanjang hari saya tidak berselera utk makan. sy googled bbrapa penyebab heartburn ni dan cuba amalkan pemakanan yg disarankan. Alhamdulillah kesannya sudah berkurang.
Hati saya juga 'hangus' kerana teramat rindukan en suami... :( susah hidup seorg diri begini. mungkin kerana itu Allah memberikan saya peluang menimang cahayamata (InsyaAllah dgn izinNya dlm bberapa bulan lagi..) supaya saya mempunyai teman disaat kesunyian.
skrg pun baby mmg kicking time sy sedih dan menangis. seolah2 nak bgtau yg he/she is here with me.. and i'm not alone. hati saya sedikit terhibur bila terasa gerakan si kecil itu. smoga dia nnti lahir menjadi penyejuk hati kami.. Amiin..
